Payment is due upon services rendered. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit, Care credit, Checks, and Cash. Cats and dogs must be in carriers or leashes when entering the building. This is implemented for the safety of your pet as well as minimizing the interaction with other pets that may be in need of more serious treatment.
Because of the large number of scheduled clients and emergencies that we see everyday, we ask that you make an appointment for your pet. Walk-ins will be seen if time permits. If in the event you cannot be on time or need to cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule for a later time or cancel.
Pets need to be spayed or neutered during or before a declaw procedure is performed. We recommend that all pets be examined and currently vaccinated before elective surgical procedures.
We must enforce these policies to help keep our clinic parasite free.
We ask that your pet is treated with a parasite preventative like Frontline or Revolution when visiting us to ensure your pet or our other patients are not infected with external parasites. If your pet is staying with us for 24 hrs. or longer, we do require they are on a parasite preventative such as Frontline or Revolution. We can apply it for you here in our office or your pet can be treated beforehand. We sell these products so if you interested please come in and we can provide it for you.
